By submitting your Registration, you are confirming you have read and agree to Sylogist’s Policy regarding registrations, refunds, and cancellations below:

• Registration is transferable to another individual if submitted in writing to edsales@sylogist.com, until the start of the event.

• Cancellations received on or before 11:59 PM, Central Time, July 1st, 2024, will receive a refund 30 days after the request less the service charge.

• No refunds will be issued after 11:59 PM, Central Time, July 12th, 2024, or to those who are a no-show at the event.

• Cancellations or changes must be submitted to edsales@sylogist.com. Changes or refund requests should be made in writing/Email by the registrant or the credit card holder.

• If the original payment was by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the used credit card.

Please include the number of tickets you are purchasing on your PO attachment.
